Claim missing Miles for hotel partners
It's unusual, but if you discover that Miles haven't appeared on your Miles overview, we'd like to make it simple to claim those missing Miles!
- It can take up to 8 weeks before our partners credit the Miles of your transaction to your Flying Blue account - provided that the transaction is eligible for Miles earning and provided that you gave your Flying Blue number at the time you booked your hotel stay or made the transaction.
- Missing Miles can be claimed up to 6 months after the transaction date, and cannot be claimed prior to Flying Blue membership.
TIP: Always retain necessary documents, such as invoices, which are required to investigate your claim.
- For some partners missing Miles should be claimed directly on the website of the partners. In such cases you will be redirected to the partner website. You may need to register with the partner and log in with partner membership details.
- Any questions about missing Miles from our partners should be submitted directly to the partner. Partner contact details can be found on their website.
